Description: Ausgeschrieben werden die Leistungen zur Unterstützung der operativen Marktkommunikation und Sachbearbeitung in den Kernprozessen der Energiewirtschaft. Der Fokus liegt auf der Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität sowie der fristgerechten Abwicklung gemäß den aktuellen regulatorischen Vorgaben (GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM). Die Aufgaben umfassen im Einzelnen: Abrechnung & Reklamationsmanagement Lieferscheinbearbeitung: Prüfung und Prozessierung von Liefer- und Netznutzungsabrechnungen sowie die Klärung von Differenzen zwischen Bestands- und Abrechnungsdaten. Reklamationsbearbeitung: Systemgestützte Analyse und Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Marktpartnerreklamationen inklusive der Erstellung von Korrekturrechnungen. Messstellen- & Stammdatenmanagement Stammdatenpflege: Anlage, Änderung und Deaktivierung von Markt- und Messlokationen sowie die Pflege von Personen- und Vertragsdaten. Geräteverwaltung: Dokumentation von Gerätewechseln, Überwachung von Eichfristen und Verwaltung des technischen Bestands im ERP-System (z. B. SAP IS-U). Wechselmanagement im Messwesen (WiM) Prozessführung: Bearbeitung aller Geschäftsvorfälle im Rahmen des Messstellenbetreiberwechsels (gMSB/wMSB). Kommunikation: Monitoring der EDIFACT-Nachrichtenaustausche und manuelle Klärung bei Prozessfehlern in den entsprechenden Marktrollen. Einspeisung (EEG/KWKG) Anlagenbetreuung: Erfassung und Prüfung von Neuanlagen sowie Durchführung der jährlichen Mengenmeldung und Abrechnung von Einspeisevergütungen. Nachweisführung: Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Meldepflichten gegenüber den Übertragungsnetzbetreibern.
