Die Umrechnung der US-Dollar Preisangaben der Bieter in Euro-Preise erfolgt automatisch unter Zugrundelegung des am Vortag des Versands der Antworten auf die Bieterfragen, den 27. April 2026, um 17:00 Uhr (CET/MEZ) gültigen Wechselkurses laut Europäischer Zentralbank (EZB), erreichbar unter: https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/policy_and_exchange_rates/euro_reference_exchange_rates/html/index.de.html. Für alle in vertragsgegenständlichen Leistungen gilt einheitlich der Euro als Währung. Die Rechnung wird auf den in dem Auftragsschreiben genannten Rechnungsempfänger ausgestellt. Die Zahlung der Leistung erfolgt JÄHRLICH! VVB 634 wurde bei 9.2 der Abs 6 hinzugefügt: (6) Soweit die Nutzung der Herstellerlösung technisch die Zustimmung des Auftraggebers zu hersteller-seitigen EULA erfordert, erteilt der Auftraggeber diese Zustimmung ausschließlich im Verhältnis zum Hersteller und ausschließlich zum Zwecke der Nutzung. Die Zustimmung berührt die vertragliche Rang-folge zwischen Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer nicht; insoweit verbleibt es bei Ziffer 9.2 Abs. 2 und 3.
