Description: Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de services nécessaires à la collecte des biodéchets en bennes d’apports volontaire, au transport et au traitement des biodéchets collectés en mélange avec les OMR sur le territoire du SMTOM de la région de Villerupt et triés sur une unité de tri robotisé, ainsi qu’une phase initiale de location de bennes étanches. Le présent marché inclut la location mensuelle de bennes de 15 m³ étanches et adaptées au traitement des biodéchets et ce jusqu’à l’Ordre de Service notifiant un mois à l’avance la future mise à disposition des bennes du SMTOM au Titulaire. À cette échéance, le Pouvoir Adjudicateur mettra à disposition ses propres bennes, que le Titulaire devra intégrer et utiliser pour la poursuite de l'exécution du marché.
