Description: Väylävirasto käynnistää tällä hankintailmoituksella tarjouskilpailun koskien Kustannushallinnan asiantuntijapalveluiden puitesopimuksen hankintaa. Tällä puitesopimuksella Väylävirasto hankkii väylähankkeiden kustannushallinnan arviointipalveluja, kustannusarvioita ja -laskelmia sekä niihin liittyviä muita asiantuntijapalveluita. Puitejärjestelyyn kuuluu kaksi osa-aluetta: Osa-alue A: Kustannushallinnan asiantuntijan tehtävät Osa-alue B: Kustannuslaskennan asiantuntijan tehtävät. Puitejärjestelyn osa-alueiden palveluilla Väylävirasto tavoittelee systemaattisempaa tiedon keruuta kustannushallinnan prosesseista ja järjestelmistä ja näiden kehittämistä sekä luotettavia ja vertailtavia kustannusarvioita ja -laskelmia. Toimeksiantoon sisältyvät tehtävät on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa. Tarjoaja voi antaa tarjouksen molempiin osa-alueisiin tai vain toiseen. Puitesopimuksen osa-alueisiin valitaan puitesopimustoimittajia seuraavasti, ellei tarjoajien soveltuvuutta koskevia vaatimuksia täyttäviä tarjoajia tai hyväksyttäviä tarjouksia ole tätä vähemmän: OSA-ALUE A Kustannushallinnan asiantuntijan tehtävät: 3 kpl OSA-ALUE B Kustannuslaskennan asiantuntijan tehtävät: 3 kpl
