Description: Die Leistung besteht im Wesentlichen aus folgenden Einzelleistungen: Übernahme und Verwiegung von Bioabfall aus der behältergestützten Sammlung an einer oder maximal zwei vom Bieter vorgesehenen Übernahmestelle/-n; • Ggf. Weitertransport des übernommenen Bioabfalls zu der/den vom Bieter vorgesehenen Behandlungs-/Verwertungsanlage/-n (inkl. Durchführung aller notwendigen Logistikleistungen); • Behandlung/Verwertung des übernommenen Bioabfalls; • Vermarktung des Produktes (z. B. Kompost, Gärreste); • Entsorgung der anfallenden Reststoffe (z. B. Störstoffe/Siebreste/Gärreste) Voraussichtliche Anfallmenge/Übergabemenge pro Jahr: 6.500 - 8.000 Mg (Auswertungsmenge 7.300 Mg) Bei der Leistungserbringung ist zu beachten, dass die Anfallmenge im Jahresverlauf schwankt

Description of selection criterion: Referenz/-en (als Eigenerklärung) über die Behandlung/Verwertung von insgesamt mindestens 4.000 Mg/a Bioabfall aus der kommunalen Sammlung in den Jahren 2023 bis 2025. Die Referenz/-en ist/sind durch eine Auflistung der/des Auftraggeber/-s mit Angabe der jeweiligen Mengen und Beauftragungszeiträume vorzulegen (es gilt die Summe der Referenzen).

Criterion: Professional risk indemnity insurance
Description of selection criterion: Eigenerklärung über das Vorhandensein einer Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung mit einer Deckungssumme von mindestens 2,0 Mio. EUR für Personen- und Sachschäden. Hinweis: Die ausschreibende Stelle behält sich vor, im Laufe der Angebotsbewertung den Versicherungsschein vom Bieter ergänzend zu fordern.
