Trägt ein Bieter in dem Vordruck keinen Wert ein, wertet der Auftraggeber diese fehlende Angabe mit "0". Es erfolgt keine Nachforderung. Die Bewertung erfolgt entsprechend den vorgenannten Regeln, wobei hier die rabattierten Entgelte berücksichtigt werden. Diese werden auf zwei Nachkommastellen kaufmännisch gerundet.
