Sources of selection criteria: Notice
Criterion: Specific yearly turnover
Description of selection criterion: Financial Capability - Companies that have not generated net annual turnover of more than EUR200.000 in the field in which the invitation to tender is issued (delivery of medical equipment) in the years 2023,2024 and 2025, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure. In case of doubt, GIZ reserves the right to demand corresponding substantiation, e.g. certified financial statements.

Criterion: References on specified deliveries
Description of selection criterion: Reference projects - In the last three years (2023, 2024 and 2025) prior to this bid, the bidder or biddingconsortia has gained experience in delivery of medical equipment and can substantiate this with at least two references. The bidder or bidding consortia that cannot provide substantiation for at least two reference projects are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.

Criterion: Certificates by quality control institutes
Description of selection criterion: Technical and professional capacity - The bidder holds a valid ISO 9001 certificate or 13485:2016 certificate. It shall be submitted together with the bid. The bidder or bidding consortia that cannot provide such proof are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.
