Description: La présente consultation concerne un accord-cadre à bons de commande de travaux de terrassements, de voiries, de réseaux divers et d'aménagements paysagers pour la viabilisation de la ZAC VARECOPOLE sur la commune du Cannet des Maures (83). Les travaux concernent la construction des infrastructures permettant la desserte des lots situés à l'intérieur de l'opération. Les principaux aménagements prévus dans le marché sont : - La démolition des ouvrages existants non conservés dans le périmètre des travaux d'aménagement prévus (les démolitions au sein des lots à viabiliser sont hors marché) - Les travaux préparatoires y compris les mesures de protection environnementales - La requalification de voies existantes et la création de nouvelles voies, - Travaux de création des bassins de rétention des eaux pluviales, - Travaux de création et de raccordement de l'ensemble des réseaux divers accompagnant les voies et nécessaires au fonctionnement de la ZAC et à la desserte des différents lots, - Travaux d'aménagement paysager de l'ensemble de la ZAC. L'opération se décompose en 11 phases de travaux d'aménagements détaillés dans le CCTP_Fascicule 0-GENERALITES.
