Description: Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, sans montant minimum mais avec un montant maximum annuel de 120 000 euros HT. À la date de lancement du marché, la valeur faciale du titre-restaurant est fixée à 7,00 euros, répartie entre une participation de l'employeur à hauteur de 4,20euros et une participation du salarié à hauteur de 2,80euros. Les modalités d'exécution des prestations sont définies dans le Cahier des Clauses Particulières (CCP).

A la rubrique 5.1.3) concernant la durée du marché, il y a lieu de lire : La durée du marché correspond à la durée pendant laquelle l'acheteur pourra émettre des bons de commande. La durée du marché est de 1 an à compter de sa date de notification et dans la limite du montant maximum d'engagement. Le marché pourra être reconduit 3 fois, de manière tacite, pour une période de 1 an, sans pouvoir excéder une durée totale de 4 ans.
