Description of selection criterion: Een lijst met betalingen die in de afgelopen drie jaar zijn verricht, met vermelding van het bedrag, de datum en de ontvanger. Minimumeisen: De inschrijver dient een lijst te verstrekken met ten minste drie (3) referenties met betrekking tot de implementatie van tandheelkundige software, die in de afgelopen drie jaar vanaf de publicatie van de aanbestedingsaankondiging zijn uitgevoerd of momenteel worden uitgevoerd. Elke referentie moet het volgende vermelden: · Het type software, · De startdatum (en, indien van toepassing, de verwachte einddatum), · De ontvanger (ziekenhuis, kliniek, praktijk), Ten minste één (1) referentie moet betrekking hebben op een ziekenhuis. Het totale bedrag van alle referenties moet 100.000,00 € exclusief btw bedragen.
