Description: Le présent système d'acquisition porte sur l'achat de véhicules d'occasion. Il permettra pendant une durée de 4 ans de solliciter auprès des opérateurs économiques agréés des offres d'achat de véhicules d'occasions. Ces consultations sont désignées sous le vocable « marchés spécifiques ». Le système d'acquisition dynamique, permet de présélectionner un ou plusieurs opérateurs économiques, pour des achats d'usage courant, selon un processus ouvert et entièrement électronique, par lequel l'acheteur attribue, après mise en concurrence, un ou plusieurs marchés spécifiques à l'un des opérateurs préalablement sélectionnés. Les besoins sont décomposés en 4 lots qui correspondent à des catégories ou segments d'achat. Le montant total maximum cumulatif annuel susceptible d'être commandé sur ces segments est de 600 000 euros TTC. La date prévisionnelle de début des prestations (premier marché spécifique) est le 1er juin 2026. Le délai de validité des offres est précisé dans les marchés spécifiques
