Other information about renewals: Le lot 1 comporte trois reconductions. La période ferme de l’accord-cadre a une durée de 12 mois. Il est renouvelable 3 fois par reconduction tacite pour une période de 12 mois. La reconduction prend effet à la date anniversaire de la notification de l’accord-cadre. La durée maximale de l'accord-cadre est de 48 mois. Le titulaire de l'accord-cadre est tenu d'accepter la reconduction. Si l’entité adjudicatrice ne souhaite pas reconduire l’accord-cadre, elle doit notifier sa décision au titulaire de l’accord-cadre au moins 30 jours avant la date d’expiration de la période en cours. Lorsque le montant maximum est atteint, l’entité adjudicatrice pourra procéder, par anticipation, à la reconduction du marché. L’entité adjudicatrice informera le titulaire dans le délai prescrit à l’alinéa précédent. Le titulaire pourra refuser cette reconduction anticipée, sans préjudice des dispositions sur son obligation d’acceptation annuelle. Dans le cadre d’une reconduction par anticipation, la durée totale du marché est réduite de la durée de l’anticipation (le nombre de reconduction, et donc le montant maximal du marché, reconductions comprises, restent inchangés). À l’issue de la dernière reconduction, il ne peut être procédé à l’émission d’aucune nouvelle commande en exécution du présent accord-cadre. Si l’acheteur ne souhaite pas reconduire l'accord-cadre, il doit prendre une décision expresse de non-reconduction, qu’il notifie au titulaire au plus tard 120 jours calendaires avant la date d’échéance de l'accord-cadre initial ou d'une reconduction ultérieure. Les titulaires ne peuvent s'opposer à la non-reconduction de l'accord-cadre.

Trois attributaires pour le lot 1, avec un maximum cumulé annuel de commandes par reconduction de 2 400 000 € HT ; Les modalités d’attribution des bons de commande pour le lot 1 sont définies comme suit : • Le premier classé du lot intéressé obtiendra un montant minimum annuel de commande passée de 10 000 € H.T. ; • Le deuxième classé du lot intéressé obtiendra un montant minimum annuel de commande de 5 000 € H.T. ; • Le troisième classé du lot intéressé obtiendra un montant minimum annuel de commande de 2 500 € H.T. ; • En cas de défaillance d’un attributaire, l’exécution totale de la prestation pourra être confiée aux titulaires restants. Si le nombre de candidats par insuffisance n’a pas permis l’attribution à 3 opérateurs économiques, l’attribution se fera avec les opérateurs retenus ; le montant minimum de commande non attribué sera réparti à part égale entre les opérateurs retenus.
