Main features of the procedure: The work shall be based on the area plan and the basis that has been prepared in connection with the area plan. The project consists of several measures that must be seen in conjunction with each other, and that must be engineered and constructed parallel. The assignment requires professional competence in the design of park areas and squares, open surface water system and watercourse environment, road installations, technical disciplines, environmental engineering, planning of site implementation etc. The Agency for Urban Environment is looking for a competent professional team who, together with the Agency for Urban Environment, can facilitate the development of Slettebakken for sports, activity, surface water treatment and green structure. The engineering design group is expected to start the assignment immediately after signing the contract, tentatively in August 2026.

Description: Tenderers shall show that they understand the assignment, the project ́s need and have the right competence to solve the task. We would like tenderers to, in their own words, describe how the assignment is to be solved, based on the tender documentation ́s total assignment description. The assignment comprehension ought as a minimum to include: • Description of the organisation and manpower for the assignment and how the team as a whole cooperate for the best possible goal achievement. • Approach to the assignment, with particular emphasis on several actors designing and planning site execution within the same and adjoining area at the same time. • A short description of what the tenderer considers to be the 3-5 most important uncertainties in the project, as well as proposed measures to reduce them. Key persons are the following resources: · Engineering design group manager (PGL) · Responsible for roads, traffic and public areas. · Responsible for landscape architecture · Responsible for subjects within open surface water management, water and sewage.
