Alle angebotenen Produkte müssen während der Vertragslaufzeit dauerhaft verfügbar und innerhalb von maximal 3 Arbeitstagen lieferbar sein. Einzige Ausnahme ist die Abkündigung eines Produktes durch den Hersteller. In diesem Fall muss der Auftragnehmer unverzüglich und unaufgefordert einen vergleichbaren Ersatzartikel anbieten. Der Auftragnehmer gewährleistet die tägliche Belieferung (Montag bis Freitag) der Dienststellen Regensburg, Passau, Deggendorf, Landshut, Straubing, Pfarrkirchen zu den vorgegebenen Annahmezeiten.
