U. z 2025 r., poz. 733), b) ważne zezwolenie na zbieranie odpadów komunalnych oraz odpadów komunalnych niebezpiecznych wydanego przez organ właściwy ze względu na miejsce zbierania odpadów, o którym mowa w art. 41 ust. 1, art. 232 ust.1 ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach (t.j. Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1587 ze zm.) c) aktualny wpis do bazy danych o odpadach (BDO).
