Description: Im Zuge des zweigleisigen Ausbaus der Südbahn sollen für den Abschnitt Werndorf-Lebring Untergrunderkundungen durchgeführt werden. Zur Abklärung der Untergrund- und Grundwasserverhältnisse ist die Durchführung von Kernbohrungen, Rammsondierungen und Sondierschlitzen geplant. Die Bohrungen werden teilweise zu Pegeln bzw. Inklinometermessstellen ausgebaut. Darüber hinaus ist ein in Situ-Versuchsprogramm in ausgewählten Bohrungen und Sondierschlitzen vorgesehen. Zusätzlich soll im Zuge der Erkundungsmaßnahmen eine Zufahrtsstraße zur ÖBB-Strecke bei km 79,4 der Landstraße B67 errichtet werden. Im Bestand soll dieser Weg für Erkundungen für das nachgelagerte UVP-Verfahren dienen. Dies sind ua in diesem Bereich vor Ort stattfindende ökologische, wasserbautechnische und gegebenenfalls weitere geologische Untersuchungen.
