Description: La consultation du présent marché, composé de 2 lots, porte sur l'ensemble des prestations de vérifications périodiques et de maintenances préventives et correctives des extincteurs, des Robinets d'Incendie Armés (RIA) et des colonnes sèches, qui concourent à la sécurité des personnes et des biens de la Ville de Grenoble et de son Centre Communal d'Action Sociale. Elle comprend également la fourniture d'extincteurs et de RIA et petits accessoires, en remplacement, en renouvellement, en complément de leurs installations existantes, ou pour de nouveaux établissements . Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. Les accords-cadres seront exécutés par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le montant maximum de la période initiale est fixé à 100 500 euro(s) HT pour le lot 1 et à 9 800 euro(s) HT pour le lot 2. Ces montants maxima sont identiques pour chaque période de reconduction, soit un montant maximum total de 402 000 euro(s) HT pour le lot 1 et de 39 200 euro(s) HT pour le lot 2 sur l'ensemble des périodes du marché (4 ans)
