Description of the options: Il est prévu deux options de prestations à chiffrer dans l’Annexe R1 (avec les deux onglets qui concernent les options), sous peine d’exclusion de l’offre. Les prestations optionnelles concernent : a) la mise en place d’animations et d’informations pédagogiques 4 fois par an à la cantine scolaire sur des thèmes à choix tels que par exemple : • fabrication d’un repas dans une cuisine de production ; • déroulement de l’acheminement des repas en liaison chaude depuis la cuisine de production ; • origines des aliments ; • aliments selon les saisons ; • caractéristiques et qualités nutritionnelles des aliments ; • etc. b) l’affichage systématique des menus préparés pour chaque jour d’une semaine avec au moins : • une image représentative ; • leurs ingrédients ; • leurs qualités nutritionnelles ; • les origines des produits ; • leur temps de préparation ; • etc. L’adjudicateur est libre de les prendre ou pas en considération lors de la décision d’adjudication, l’une ou l’autre. S’il l’intègre ou les intègre dans la décision d’adjudication, il peut soit la ou les conserver comme options dans le contrat, soit les activer de suite pour la première rentrée scolaire.
