Title: Interconnexion et maintenance de sites distants par location d'un réseau de fibres noires dédié.
Description: Le projet nécessite également l'installation de liaisons dédiées, haut débit , en fibre optique dites noires (FON), depuis les différents sites afin de rapatrier les flux issus des caméras vers le point d'enregistrement centralisé. Ces liaisons seront soit transférées à l'acheteur quand elles emprunteront les infrastructures de la ville soit feront l'objet d'une location si elles empruntent d'autres infrastructures.
