Tutkimuksissa ja raportoinnissa noudatetaan soveltuvin osin Sulvi LVV-kuntotutkimus 2013 opasta sekä Suomen LVI-liitto SuLVI ry:n ilmanvaihtojärjestelmien kuntotutkimusohjeet (IVKT), 2016 –opasta. Sähköjärjestelmien tutkimukset suoritetaan RT 103779 Sähkö- ja tietoteknisten järjestelmien kuntoarvio ja –tutkimus –ohjekorttia soveltaen (ohjekortti on sama kuin ST-kortiston ST 97.00).
