DescriptionOsa-alue voi sisältää mm. tutkimussuunnitelmien laadintaa, yksittäisten sisäilmaongelmien selvittämistä ja näytteiden ottamista, laajempia rakennusten kosteus- ja sisäilmateknisiä kuntotutkimuksia, merkkiainemittauksia sekä betonirakenteiden kuntotutkimuksia. Tutkimuksissa noudatetaan soveltuvin osin mm. Ympäristöopas 2016, Rakennuksen kosteus- ja sisäilmatekninen kuntotutkimus –opasta sekä betoniyhdistyksen julkaisuja ja mahdollisesti muita alan ohjeistuksia. Tutkimusten laajuus ja sisältö sovitaan kohdekohtaisesti.

TitleLVIS-järjestelmien tutkimukset
DescriptionOsa-alue sisältää LVIS-järjestelmien tutkimuksia yleensä osana laajempaa rakennuksen kuntotutkimusta. Lisäksi voidaan tilata erillisiä järjestelmien tutkimuksia esimerkiksi viemäreiden tai salaojien kuvauksia. Tutkimuksissa ja raportoinnissa noudatetaan soveltuvin osin Sulvi LVV-kuntotutkimus 2013 opasta sekä Suomen LVI-liitto SuLVI ry:n ilmanvaihtojärjestelmien kuntotutkimusohjeet (IVKT), 2016 –opasta. Sähköjärjestelmien tutkimukset suoritetaan RT 103779 Sähkö- ja tietoteknisten järjestelmien kuntoarvio ja –tutkimus –ohjekorttia soveltaen (ohjekortti on sama kuin ST-kortiston ST 97.00).
