Additional information: Les présents accords-cadres de fournitures et services (lots 01 et 03) et de travaux (lot 02) mono-attributaire à bons de commande passés sur appel d'offres ouvert sont soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2131-16, R. 2131-17, et R. 2161-2 et suivants, L. 2125-1-1°, R. 2121-8, R. 2162-1 et suivants du Code de la Commande Publique. Accords-cadres passés avec un seul opérateur économique. Les variantes à l'initiative du candidat ne sont pas autorisées. Délai de validité des offres : 90 jours à compter de la date limite de remise des offres. La visite sur site est possible, les emplacements situés sur le domaine public de la Communauté d'Agglomération de Haguenau sont accessibles librement. Critère de sélection des candidatures : la conformité du contenu par rapport aux pièces demandées ; les garanties sur les capacités techniques, professionnelles et financières. Les paiements seront effectués sur service fait, par mandat administratif, dans un délai de 30 jours à compter de la réception de la demande, sur le budget de la Communauté d'Agglomération de Haguenau. Les prix sont révisables sur la base des conditions définies à l'article 3 du Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières. Conditions de participation, renseignements et justificatifs à produire : ne pas tomber sous le coup de l'interdiction de soumissionner aux marchés et accords-cadres conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2141-1 à L. 2141-5 et R. 2143-3 et suivants du Code de la Commande Publique, renseignements permettant d'évaluer les capacités professionnelles, techniques et financières du candidat tels que définis par les articles R. 2142-6 et suivants du Code de la Commande Publique et par l'arrêté du 22 mars 2019 fixant la liste des renseignements pouvant être demandés aux candidats à un marché public et rappelés par le règlement de la consultation. Précisions concernant le(s) délai(s) d'introduction des recours : recours en référé précontractuel introduit préalablement à la signature du marché. Recours pour excès de pouvoir introduit dans les 2 mois à compter de la notification ou de la publication de la décision contestée.
