Laitekohtaiset silmäkirurgiset tarvikkeet - Alcon Constellation Vision System ja Centurion Phaco (osa-aluekohtainen) 3. Laitekohtaiset silmäkirurgiset tarvikkeet - D.O.R.C. Eva Nexus (osa-aluekohtainen) 4. Muut silmäleikkaustarvikkeet 5. Muut silmätarvikkeet 6. Silmäkaasut (osa-aluekohtainen) 7. Silmäkirurgiset takaosa instrumentit Osa-alueissa 2, 3 ja 6 tehdään osa-aluekohtaiset päätökset. Osa-alueissa 2,3 ja 6 tulee tarjota hinnat kaikille nimikkeille muuten annettua tarjousta ei oteta huomioon. Muissa osa-alueissa tehdään nimikekohtaiset päätökset ja nimikekohtaiset osatarjoukset otetaan huomioon. Kaikissa osa-alueissa valintaperusteena on kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisin tarjous, hinta huomioon ottaen.
