DescriptionL’objet du marché consiste en la fourniture et la livraison de denrées alimentaires destinées aux activités pédagogiques de l’EHTL. L’objectif de l’EHTL est de se procurer, pour un usage pédagogique et professionnel, des denrées alimentaires réparties en plusieurs lots : viandes, volailles, poissons, crèmerie et traiteur, produits surgelés, fruits et légumes frais, épicerie. La subdivision en lots permet de diversifier les demandes et d’assurer la continuité de l’approvisionnement sur les deux sites de l’établissement, tout en favorisant la concurrence entre les fournisseurs.
