Additional information: L’accord-cadre comprend : • Une mission complète de maîtrise d’œuvre, intégrant les éléments EP ou DIAG, AVP, PRO, VISA, AMT, DET et AOR • Des missions partielles de maîtrise d’œuvre • Des missions complémentaires (MC) : o MC1 - OPC o MC2 - Cadrage réglementaire o MC3 - Elaboration des dossiers réglementaires o MC4 - Formalisation d'une orientation d'aménagement et de programmation sectorielle (OAP) o MC5 - Rédaction des marchés de prestations connexes Compétences attendues : Pour chaque parc d’activités, la mission sera confiée à une équipe disposant d’une expertise en matière d’études urbaines et paysagères et ayant une expérience préalable sur les projets de même type. En cohérence avec les exigences et rendus attendus dans le cadre des missions confiées, chaque prestataire justifiera de la présence, au sein de son équipe pluridisciplinaire, d’experts possédant les compétences suivantes : - Paysagiste DPLG - Architecte - Urbaniste - Ingénierie VRD intégrant des compétences en économie de l’aménagement - Ingénierie environnement et hydraulique - Ingénierie liée aux mobilités - Ingénierie en énergie - Concertation – capacité d’animation de collectifs Chaque prestataire devra présenter la composition précise de l’équipe et les profils des personnes constituant l’équipe. Le mandataire de chaque équipe devra être le prestataire ayant la compétence paysagiste DPLG et devra définir un interlocuteur référent du maître d’ouvrage pour la mission. L'accord-cadre comporte une clause sociale d’insertion et de promotion de l’emploi.
