Description of selection criterion: Zusicherung in Textform, dass im Falle eines Vertragsabschlusses ein fester fachlicher Ansprechpartner (SPOC=Single Point of Contact) zur Verfügung gestellt wird und für die Umsetzung ausreichende Kapazität vorhanden ist. Bestätigung, dass die Vertretung des SPOC im Krankheits- oder Urlaubsfall ohne Beeinträchtigung der Leistungen sichergestellt ist.
