Description: Tämän hankinnan kohteena ovat Gasgrid Finland Oy:lle ("Hankintayksikkö") sekä sen tytäryhtiöille Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy sekä Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy tuotettavat lakipalvelut (”Palvelut”). Hankintayksikkö etsii tässä hankinnassa seuraavasti ammattimaisia palveluntoimittajia tuottamaan lakipalveluita sen tarpeisiin alla mainittuihin kokonaisuuksiin: Hankintajuridiikka / 2 toimittajaa. Sisältäen muun muassa: - Erityisalojen hankintalakiin liittyvät tulkinnat ja neuvonanto - Hankintamenettelyihin osallistuminen ja tilaajan avustaminen läpiviennissä - Hankintaan liittyvien puite-, toimeksianto-, toimitus-, salassapito- ym. sopimusten tuottaminen ja ylläpito - Hankintayksikön edustaminen mahdollisissa Markkinaoikeus-käsittelyissä - Hankintajuridiset koulutukset ja tietoiskut Tilaajan henkilöstölle Valittavan Palveluntoimittajan tulee kyetä tuottamaan palvelut suomeksi ja englanniksi. Sopimus astuu voimaan sen allekirjoitushetkestä ja on voimassa 4+2+2 vuotta. Palveluiden on tarkoitus alkaa loppuvuodesta 2026 (arvio lokakuussa). Tähän hankintaan sovelletaan erityisalojen hankintalakia eli Vesi- ja energiahuollon, liikenteen ja postipalvelujen alalla toimivien yksiköiden hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista annettua lakia (1398/2016).
