Information about review deadlines: Ein Nachprüfungsantrag ist unzulässig, soweit der Antragsteller den geltend gemachten Verstoß gegen Vergabevorschriften nicht innerhalb von 10 Kalendertagen nach Kenntnis gegenüber dem Auftragsgeber gerügt hat (§160 Abs. 3 Nr. 1 GWB).
