Description: Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe nodigt marktpartijen uit om samen te werken binnen de raamovereenkomst aanschaf en onderhoud materieel BWS. We zoeken partners die niet alleen vakbekwaam zijn in de levering en het onderhoud van materieel voor BWS, maar ook willen investeren in een duurzame, open en betrouwbare samenwerking. Het gaat om de aanschaf van materieel en het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud, aangevuld met eventuele ad-hoc reparaties buiten de reguliere planning wanneer dat nodig is. Er is geen maximum gesteld aan het aantal raamcontractanten binnen de raamovereenkomst; iedere Inschrijver die voldoet (zie Hoofdstuk 4) komt in aanmerking voor toelating Op basis van historische uitgaven wordt de omvang van de opdracht voor de broker materieel geraamd op circa €600.000 (exclusief btw) per jaar. Voor de gehele looptijd van de overeenkomst van 6 jaar, inclusief verlengingen, wordt de totale geraamde omvang gesteld op circa €3.600.000 (exclusief btw). Ter dekking van mogelijke onvoorziene kosten is bij de raming een marge van 100% toegepast, wat resulteert in een plafondbedrag van €7.200.000 (exclusief btw) voor de gehele looptijd van de opdracht. De hierboven genoemde bedragen zijn uitsluitend indicatief. Opdrachtnemer kan hieraan geen enkele aanspraak of recht ontlenen. De aanbestedende dienst heeft geen afnameverplichting en geeft geen omzetgarantie. Alle genoemde bedragen zijn exclusief btw.

Description of the options: WSVV behoudt zich het recht voor om gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst aanvullende aankopen te doen bij de contractant.
