Title: Furnizare Articole de echipament din componența Uniformei de oraș pentru 12 luni
Description: Baza de Aprovizionare, Gospodarire si Reparatii va încheia acorduri-cadru pentru fiecare lot, pentru o perioada de 12 luni, cu un singur operator economic, iar atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va realiza de către unitățile penitenciare beneficiare. Contractele subsecvente pot fi încheiate simultan cu operatorii economici semnatari ai acordurilor-cadru pentru loturile câștigate, în funcție de necesități. Termenele în care autoritatea contractantă va raspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare solicitate de către operatorii economici interesati: în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul-limită stabilit în anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor având în vedere că, potrivit art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, operatorii economici trebuie să aibă cel puțin 10 zile să își întocmească oferta în conformitate cu cerințele suplimentare introduse prin răspunsul la clarificări/informații suplimentare. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări, înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile.

Ca alternativă, se pot prezenta certificate de încercare pentru detectarea reziduurilor pentru toate loturile de vânzare cuprinse într-un lot de prelucrare. În cazul în care se aplică o derogare, ofertantul trebuie să furnizeze dovezi care să confirme configurația instalației de spălare, precum și rapoarte de încercare în laborator care să demonstreze eliminarea ectoparaziticidelor care pot fi prezente în reziduurile și nămolurile rezultate în urma spălării. Se acceptă orice alte documente doveditoare adecvate.

Ca alternativă, se pot prezenta certificate de încercare pentru detectarea reziduurilor pentru toate loturile de vânzare cuprinse într-un lot de prelucrare. În cazul în care se aplică o derogare, ofertantul trebuie să furnizeze dovezi care să confirme configurația instalației de spălare, precum și rapoarte de încercare în laborator care să demonstreze eliminarea ectoparaziticidelor care pot fi prezente în reziduurile și nămolurile rezultate în urma spălării. Se acceptă orice alte documente doveditoare adecvate.

Ca alternativă, se pot prezenta certificate de încercare pentru detectarea reziduurilor pentru toate loturile de vânzare cuprinse într-un lot de prelucrare.
