Description of the options: La durata contrattuale dell’appalto è fissata in tre anni scolastici (2026/2027 - 2027/2028 - 2028/2029). Opzione di proroga del contratto: la stazione appaltante, ai sensi dell’art. 120, comma 10, del Codice, si riserva di prorogare l’appalto per una durata massima pari a due anni scolastici. L’esercizio di tale facoltà è comunicato all’appaltatore, mediante posta elettronica certificata, almeno 90 giorni naturali e consecutivi prima della scadenza del contratto originario. In tal caso il contraente è tenuto all’esecuzione delle prestazioni oggetto del contratto agli stessi prezzi, patti e condizioni. Il valore stimato di tale opzione è pari ad Euro 622.000,00 (al netto di IVA) di cui Euro 223.974,00 per costi della manodopera ed Euro 2.000,00 per oneri della sicurezza per rischi da interferenza. Opzione di modifica del contratto fino a concorrenza del quinto dell'importo del contratto: qualora in corso di esecuzione si renda necessario un aumento o una diminuzione delle prestazioni fino alla concorrenza del quinto dell’importo del contratto, la stazione appaltante può imporre all’appaltatore l’esecuzione alle condizioni originariamente previste. In tal caso l’appaltatore non può far valere il diritto alla risoluzione del contratto. Il valore di tale opzione relativa al periodo contrattuale e all’eventuale periodo di proroga è pari ad Euro 186.000,00 (al netto di IVA) di cui Euro 111.987,00 per costi della manodopera.
