Description: La Communauté de Communes Pays d'Évian Vallée d'Abondance (CCPEVA) et les communes membres regroupées au sein d'un groupement de commandes souhaitent disposer d'un parc cohérent de mobiliers urbains destinés aux usagers du transport public et aux piétons. Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet d'une part, la mise à disposition, la maintenance, et l'exploitation des abribus et des planimètres, avec ou sans dispositif publicitaire (compétence communale) ; Et, d'autre part, la fourniture, pose/dépose et maintenance des poteaux d'arrêt (compétence mobilité - CCPEVA). Le présent contrat est mixte et repose sur deux régimes : -Concessif, en ce qui concerne les prestations décrites au CCTP portant sur la maintenance, gestion publicitaire, et toutes prestations couvertes par les recettes publicitaires encaissées par le titulaire, -Accord cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande émis par le pouvoir adjudicateur pour toutes les prestations conclues à prix unitaires incluant le catalogue du titulaire : notamment les prestations relatives à la dépose/repose/pose de mobiliers urbains non exploités économiquement par les campagnes publicitaires, et pour les fournitures de petits mobiliers urbains (poteaux d'arrêt, corbeille, banc, etc)
