Description: Enmienda título del Lote 2 que pasa a ser el siguiente: • Lote 2: Servicio de guardias: cuatro (4) guardias mensuales en miércoles de 24 horas máximo, así como una (1) guardia mensual en domingo de 24 horas. Se añade la palabra máxima a este título y se modifica la cláusula cuarta sobre el presupuesto base de licitación, realizando la siguiente aclaración: "Respecto al Lote 2 hay que decir que el servicio de guardias: cuatro (4) guardias mensuales en miércoles de 24 horas máximo implica que de acuerdo con el pliego de prescripciones técnicas el licitador deberá hacer las 17 horas como mínimo, si bien se ha hecho la previsión sobre el servicio máximo que podrá prestar y que en todo caso será puntual. Esto implica que el precio a abonar al contratista estará en función de las horas efectivas prestadas. Se abonará por el servicio efectuado. Ver anexo III apartado lote 2 de este pliego. Al contratista se le abonará las horas de servicio efectivas realizadas de acuerdo con la propuesta económica ofertada en este lote 2." A raíz de esta enmienda se amplía el plazo de presentación de ofertas. Esta enmienda hay que tenerla en cuenta en toda la documentación que obra en el expediente y que hace referencia al Lote 2
