DescriptionHankinnan kohteena ovat korva-, nenä-, kurkku- ja suualueen tarvikkeet Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueelle (Pohde) ja sen yhteistyöalueen yksiköiden Kainuun sekä Lapin hyvinvointialueelle tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinta on jaettu viiteen osa-alueeseen seuraavasti: 1. Korvan alueen tarvikkeet 2. Nenän alueen tarvikkeet 3. Tyroplastiatarvikkeet 4. Tamponointi knk 5. Muut tarvikkeet Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen. Osa-alueen sisäiset osatarjoukset on sallittu. Rinnakkaistarjoukset on sallittu. Hankintasopimusten arvioitu alkamispäivä on 1.11.2026. Sopimuskausi on kaksi vuotta, jonka jälkeen on mahdollisuus kahteen yhden vuoden optiokauteen (1+1v). Tarjoaja sitoutuu tarjouksen jättäessään kaikkiin tämän tarjouspyynnön sekä sen liitteiden ehtoihin.
