Description: Voor de enabling functions is NEO NL op zoek naar een Broker die samen met NEO NL het bestaande netwerk van Toeleveranciers onderhoudt en uitbreidt. Hierbij worden de volgende subdoelen nagestreefd: 1. Beweegruimte Opdrachtgever: Opdrachtgever wenst de vrijheid te behouden om direct inhoudelijk overleg te voeren met Toeleveranciers bijvoorbeeld over strategische personeelsplanning of specifieke schaarsteprofielen 2. Samenwerking en transparantie: De Broker staat daarin aan de zijde van Opdrachtgever en handelt namens Opdrachtgever. Description: Hoewel de focus op kwaliteit moet liggen is het de doelstelling van NEO NL om de dienstverlening binnen 2 maanden na definitieve gunning geïmplementeerd en operationeel te hebben. NEO NL hecht daarom grote waarde aan een Opdrachtnemer die een proactieve en leidende rol inneemt bij de implementatie van de Dienstverlening en de eventuele latere migratie van de lopende contracten met betrekking tot de tijdelijke inhuur van Externe medewerkers. NEO NL wil graag inzicht krijgen hoe de opdrachtnemer de Dienstverlening bij NEO NL gaat implementeren. Hierbij worden de volgende subdoelen nagestreefd: 1. Effectiviteit: Direct na definitieve gunning kan NEO NL Aanvragen plaatsen bij de Broker. 2. Voorspelbaarheid: Processtappen zijn vanaf het begin duidelijk en inzet van NEO NL daarbij is bekend. 3. Transparantie: De beheersprocessen en tools zijn ingericht en operationeel en het is aan NEO NL op hoe deze werken.
