Main features of the procedure: The Contracting Authority for this agreement is Property Management in Namsos municipality. The Property Management Department operates and maintains approx. 140,000 m2 buildings comprising schools, nurseries, residential and service centres, nursing homes, office buildings, sports facilities, rental housing, pump stations, treatment facilities etc. The framework agreement is presumed to be used for regular maintenance as well as measures with less complexity for maintenance and alterations. The municipality reserves the right to announce separate tender contests for investment projects. The framework agreement is intended to cover the need for various measures in relation to daily operation and maintenance of the municipality ́s buildings.
