Main features of the procedure: De conformidad con los artículos 12 y 17 de la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público, el presente contrato tiene la calificación de contrato mixto de servicios y suministro, con prevalencia de servicios. Para la fijación del procedimiento de selección del contratista se ha considerado que el único que tiene cabida por importe y por ser el más adecuado, es el abierto. Dentro de éste se ha optado por la pluralidad de criterios de adjudicación: económico, mejoras objetivas y criterios de calidad, sin juicios de valor. Este procedimiento es el que mejor se adecúa para obtener las mejores ofertas en base a la relación calidad-precio y se encuentra dentro de los supuestos en que es aplicable según la vigente legislación. Dicho procedimiento puede mejorar la afluencia de licitadores y suponer para la futura prestación un contrato económicamente más rentable para la Diputación Provincial, al fomentar la competencia de las compañías.
