Zamawiający wykluczy z postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia Wykonawcę w przypadkach, o których mowa w art. 7 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 13 kwietnia 2022 r. o szczególnych rozwiązaniach w zakresie przeciwdziałania wspieraniu agresji na Ukrainę oraz służących ochronie bezpieczeństwa narodowego (t.j. Dokumenty składane przez Wykonawcę mającego siedzibę lub miejsce zamieszkania poza terytorium RP określa rozdział XIII pkt 5 SWZ oraz § 4 Rozporządzenia Ministra Rozwoju, Pracy i Technologii z dnia 30.12.2020 r. w sprawie podmiotowych środków dowodowych oraz innych dokumentów lub oświadczeń, jakich może żądać Zamawiający od Wykonawcy. 11. Wraz z ofertą (formularzem ofertowym) należy złożyć dokumenty o których mowa w rozdziale X pkt 5 ppkt 5.1.- 5.6. SWZ. 12. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować przedmiot zamówienia w terminie: 1) 24 miesiące od daty zawarcia umowy – nie dotyczy pakietu nr 1, 4, 5, 17; 2) 24 miesiące od daty zawarcia umowy, jednak nie wcześniej niż od 13.07.2026 r. – dotyczy pakietu nr 1, 4, 5, 17.

Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 ze zm.).
