Title: An- und Umbau des Gebäudes der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr Dalberg-Wendelstorf
Description: Die Gemeinde Dalberg-Wendelstorf plant den Umbau der FFw-Bestand, sowie einen Anbau einer Fahrzeughalle. Hierzu soll das Bestandsgebäude zum Sozialtrakt umgebaut, und eine Fahrzeughalle (als Stahlbau) mit zwei Stellplätzen und einem Stellplatz für 1 Anhänger an das Bestandsgebäude angebaut werden. Das aktuell bestehende Gebäude der FFW befindet sich in einem durch die Feuerwehrunfallkasse Nord geduldetem Zustand. Um die Vorgaben nach der Deutschen Gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung, Arbeitsstättenrichtlinie und der Deutschen Industrienorm für Feuerwehrhäuser und weiteren Vorschriften zu erfüllen, ist ein Umbau des Bestandsgebäudes sowie ein Neubau Fahrzeughalle mit Verbindungsbau angestrebt. Die Funktionalität ist hier an die DGUV Information 205-008 anzupassen. Sozialtrakt: - Umkleidebereiche getrennt nach männlichen und weiblichen Kameraden - Sanitär- und Duschbereiche getrennt nach männlichen und weiblichen Kameraden - Behinderten-WC - Duschbereiche getrennt für Dekontaminierung - Putzmittelraum - Wehrleiterbüro für 2 Arbeitsplätze - Schulungsraum Jugendfeuerwehr - Schulungs- / Versammlungsraum für Gesamtpersonal - Hausanschlussraum/Haustechnikraum Fahrzeughalle mit Verbindungsbau: - Fahrzeughalle für 2 Stellplätze + Anhänger - Schleusenraum für Abwurf kontaminierte Ausrüstung - Stiefelwäsche - Werkstattraum - Lagerraum Besonderheiten: Die Verbindung zwischen der Fahrzeughalle und dem Sozialtrakt soll so angelegt sein, dass der Schleusenbereich getrennt an die jeweiligen Umkleidebereiche angeschlossen ist. Der Gesamte Neubau soll barrierefrei begehbar sein. Der Planungsumfang umfasst die LP 1-9 nach § 34 (Gebäude) HOAI. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. Es ist geplant Fördermittel im 1.Quartal 2026 zu beantragen. Dementsprechend erfolgt hier im Schritt die Beauftragung schrittweise bis Leistungsphase 4 zur Genehmigungsplanung und Beantragung von Fördermitteln. Die 2.
