Information about review deadlines: Gemäß § 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 1 GWB müssen bekannte Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften innerhalb von 10 Kalendertagen nach dem Bekanntwerden bei der Vergabestelle gerügt werden. Hilft die Vergabestelle der Rüge nicht ab, kann ein Antrag auf Nachprüfung bei der Vergabekammer des Regierungspräsidiums Karlsruhe - Baden Württemberg innerhalb von 15 Kalendertagen nach Eingang der Mitteilung des Auftraggebers, der Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen, gestellt werden. Andernfalls ist der Nachprüfungsantrag unzulässig. Die Vergabestelle weist ferner auf die Vorschriften den § 134 GWB (Informations- u. Wartepflicht) und den § 135 GWB (Unwirksamkeit) hin.
