Description: Servicii de gestionare a Spalatoriei din cadrul Spitalului Universitar de Urgenta Bucuresti In temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea 98 / 2016, modificata prin OUG 107 / 2017, operatorii economici interesati de procedura vor solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire cu 20 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, iar in temeiul art. 161 din Legea 98 / 2016, modificata prin OUG 107 / 2017, raspunsul autoritatii contractante va fi transmis cu 10 zile (in a 11-a zi) inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie semnata cu semnătură electronic extinsă, bazată pe un certificat calificat, eliberat de un furnizor de servicii de certificare acreditat în condiţiile legii şi încărcata în SEAP.

Description: In termenul cuprins intre 20 (douazeci) zile calendaristice si 30 (treizeci) zile calendaristice, (ex. P2 = 10 puncte, cea mai buna oferta tehnica obtine un maxim de 10 puncte) a) Pentru termenul cel mai scurt 20 (douazeci) zile, se va acorda punctajul maxim alocat factorului de evaluare respectiv (10 puncte). b) Pentru alt termen decat cel prevazut la lit.a), (cuprins intre 21 zile si 30 zile), punctajul se va acorda astfel: P(tg)= (termen cel mai scurt/termen n) x punctajul maxim alocat factorului de evaluare respectiv (10 puncte), unde: - P(tg)= Punctajul ofertei (tg) - termenul cel mai scurt = 20 zile - termen n = termenul propus de ofertant - punctaj maxim = punctajul pentru termenul cel mai scurt lit.a) (10 puncte) *Pentru termenele propuse, mai mici de 20 zile calendaristice nu se acorda punctaj suplimentar. *Pentru termenele mai mari de 30 zile, oferta este considerata neconforma. *Pentru termenele propuse, intre 21 zile calendaristice si 30 zile calendaristice se va acorda punctaj calculat, dupa algoritmul declarat mai sus. *Ierarhia ofertelor este stabilită pe baza obținerii celui mai mare punctaj total. *La intocmirea propunerii financiare operatorii economici vor lua in calcul toate detaliile referitoare la transport, montaj, instalare, punere in functiune, service si mentenanta, suport tethnic pe toata durata acordului cadru. Nota Daca pe parcursul desfasurarii contractului se observa de catre autoritatea contractantă modificarea termenului de punere in functiune a echipamentelor, termen propus de catre operatorul castigator atunci prin notificare se va rezilia contractul luand in calcul ca termenul de punere in functiune a echipamentelor este factor de evaluare iar modificarea acestuia pe parcursul derularii contractului poate vicia rezultatul initial al procedurii.
