Description: Servicii de proiectare și lucrări de execuție aferente proiectului de investiție imobiliară „Lucrări de intervenție la pavilionul C din cazarma 1091 București – incinta nr.1” cod proiect: 2019-C/I-1091 Valoarea estimata a contractului de achiziție este de 123.281.368,92 lei fara TVA din care: - servicii de proiectare: 5.488.660,43 lei fara TVA - executie lucrari: 117.792.708,49 lei fara TVA *Termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatiile suplimentare au fost adresate de catre operatorii economici in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde acestor solicitari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor in conformitate cu art.161 din Legea nr.98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, coroborat cu art. 27 alin (3) din HG 395/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. *Modificarea și/sau ajustarea contractului de achiziție publică, în cursul perioadei sale de valabilitate, se face în condițiile prevăzute la art. 221, respectiv 222^2 din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, pentru alte cazuri, respectiv în alte condiții, fiind necesară organizarea unei noi proceduri de atribuire, în conformitate cu dispozițiile normative aplicabile.
