Materiały objęte zamówieniem stanowią wyroby medyczne niezbędne do wykonywania zabiegów ratujących życie i zdrowie pacjentów. Skrócenie terminów postępowania jest uzasadnione, ponieważ ich zachowanie w standardowej długości mogłoby doprowadzić do przerwania ciągłości leczenia oraz zagrożenia życia pacjentów
