L’accordo quadro avrà una durata di quattro anni decorrenti dalla stipula dello stesso. In ogni caso la durata dell’accordo è stabilita fino alla concorrenza massima degli importi indicati per ciascun oggetto di fornitura. I contratti esecutivi dovranno essere conclusi in conformità a quanto previsto nel Capitolato Speciale e, fermo restando l’obbligo di stipula degli stessi entro il termine di durata di quattro anni del contratto di primo livello, tali contratti esecutivi potranno avere una durata superiore a quattro anni.
