Title: LVR-Klinik Langenfeld, BHZ Lev Umbau EG und KG, Planungsleistung Objektplanung
Description: Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um ein typisches funktionales Gebäude aus den 70´er Jahren, welches im Wesentlichen mit Betonwänden errichtet wurde. Das Gebäude hat vier Vollgeschosse sowie zwei Kellerebenen, wobei die zweite Kellerebene ausschließlich für technische Infrastruktur errichtet wurde. Im ersten Untergeschoss kann man durch einen begehbaren Verbindungsgang in weitere Gebäude der LVR-Klinik gehen. Das Gebäude ist mit zwei Bettenaufzügen und einem Personenaufzug ausgestattet. In dem 1. OG bis 3. OG wurden in der Vergangenheit bereits zwei Stationen sowie eine Tagesklinik und eine Ambulanz errichtet und vor mehreren Jahren in Betrieb genommen. In diesem Zuge wurde auch das Dach und die Fassade (1. OG bis 3. OG) erneuert. Das Erdgeschoss wurde bereits entkernt und von Schadstoffen befreit und befindet sich im Rohbauzustand. Die alten Fenster sind noch eingesetzt. Im Keller befinden sich sowohl nicht belichtete Kellerbereiche für Technik und Lagerflächen, aber auch große Räume mit natürlicher Belichtung über einer Abböschung, welche zukünftig zum Teil für Therapieräume genutzt werden sollen.
