Description: Hankinnan kohteena on Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy:n rakennuttamien pääsääntöisesti palvelurakennuksien uudis- ja perusparannushankkeiden rakennesuunnittelutehtävät. Suunnittelutehtävien vaativuusluokka on pääsääntöisesti vaativa, sekä perusparannushankkeissa erittäin vaativa taikka poikkeuksellisen vaativa. Yksittäisten hankkeiden arvo on pääsääntöisesti yli 1 M€. Suunnittelutehtävissä noudatetaan RT 103087 rakennesuunnittelun RAK18 tehtäväluetteloa, kohdekohtaista suunnitteluohjelmaa, sekä tilaajan suunnitteluohjeita, jotka löytyvät osoitteesta (https://tampereentilapalvelut.fi/materiaalipankki/suunnitteluohjeet/). Suunnittelijan tehtäviä ja tuotettavaa aineistoa voidaan täsmentää tilauskohtaisesti. Tilaajalla on tällä hetkellä käytössä Haahtela Pris -projektipankki. Suunnittelijan tehtäviin kuuluu asiakirjojen tallentaminen käytössä olevaan projektipankkiin tilaajan ohjeiden mukaisesti. Suunnittelu toteutetaan tietomallipohjaisesti ja suunnittelussa käytetään Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy:n Tietomalliohjetta. Tämän sopimuksen piiriin kuuluu myös laajarunkoisten rakennusten rakenteellisen turvallisuuden arvioinnista annetun lain mukaiset arvioinnit.

Suunnittelutehtävien vaativuusluokka on pääsääntöisesti vaativa. Yksittäisten hankkeiden kokonaisarvo on pääsääntöisesti alle 1 M€. Suunnittelutehtävissä noudatetaan RT 103087 Rakennesuunnittelun tehtäväluettelo RAK18 sekä tilaajan suunnitteluohjeita (https://tampereentilapalvelut.fi/materiaalipankki/suunnitteluohjeet/).
