Dieser Vertrag soll abgeschlossen werden, um die benötigten Verkehrsdienstleistungen von einem (1) Verkehrsunternehmen je Los mit einer Laufzeit von 10 Jahren erbringen zu lassen (voraussichtlicher Betriebsbeginn: 12.12.2027).Das vorliegende Beschaffungsvorhaben umfasst für bestimmte Linien auch einen mittelbaren Ausschreibungsgegenstand. Im Rahmen dieses mittelbaren Ausschreibungsgegenstands wird der Betrieb bestimmter Linien mit alternativen Antriebsformen (zB. E-Bussen) ausgeschrieben; eine Beauftragung mit diesem mittelbaren Ausschreibungsgegenstand setzt einen gesonderten Folge-Abruf aus der jeweiligen Rahmenvereinbarung voraus.
