DescriptionLes caractéristiques minimales exigées pour chaque catégorie sont précisées dans le CCP. La technique d'achat choisie est le Système d'Acquisition Dynamique (SAD) : pour comprendre le fonctionnement voir la fiche synthèse SAD. Pour chaque marché spécifique (MS), les offres des candidats pourront être notées sur la base des critères suivants : - Prix : 40 à 70% - Valeur technique : - Kilométrage du véhicule : 10 à 20% - Age du véhicule : 10 à 20% - Option intégrées au véhicule : 5 à 15% - Etat général du véhicule : 5 à 15% - Extension de garantie : 0 à 20% - Délais : 0 à 20% - Critères environnementaux : 5 à 10% Ces critères sont donnés à titre indicatif, ils pourront évoluer à chaque MS
