Description: De Opdracht heeft betrekking op het inhuren van Medewerkers-WOZ De Medewerkers-WOZ worden ingezet ten behoeve van de uitvoering van de Wet WOZ. De werkzaamheden dienen te worden uitgevoerd conform de kwaliteitseisen zoals deze in de Waarderingsinstructie van de Waarderingskamer zijn vastgelegd. Op dit moment is de uitvoering van de Wet WOZ-werkzaamheden door GBLT beoordeeld met vier sterren van de Waarderingskamer. De nadruk van de behoefte ligt op de volgende functieprofielen: • Gegevensbeheerder-WOZ; • Taxateur-WOZ. Op basis van de geschatte omvang is de geraamde waarde van de Opdracht gemiddeld € 150.000,00 exclusief btw per jaar. Met de kennis van nu is het niet de verwachting dat de zorgvuldig geraamde omvang van de maximale duur van de Opdracht zal worden overschreden. Echter de maximale omvang van alle Raamovereenkomsten die worden afgesloten tezamen is hoger dan deze zorgvuldig geraamde omvang, omdat er vanwege de genoemde redenen in het beschrijvend document een kans bestaat dat GBLT een grotere behoefte heeft voor de uitvoering van haar taak. De maximale omvang van de Opdracht bedraagt daarom €900.000,00 exclusief btw.

Description of the options: De Raamovereenkomsten hebben een initiële looptijd van twee jaar en kunnen maximaal tweemaal met een jaar verlengd worden. Gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomsten kan de waarde/omvang van de daadwerkelijke behoefte hoger of lager komen te liggen dan de oorspronkelijk geraamde behoefte. Dit betekent dat de omvang in de praktijk lager kan zijn. Ook kan het zijn indien er wijzigingen plaats vinden in het aantal deelnemers aan de gemeenschappelijke regeling en/of hun behoefte, in de wet- en regelgeving, en/of een veranderde marktpenetratie van no-cure no-pay bureaus en/of in de behoefte van en ontwikkelingen binnen GBLT hier aanleiding toe geven én er extra budget vrijgegeven wordt dat de omvang in de praktijk hoger komt komen te liggen dan geraamd.
