Description: Der Staatsbetrieb Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement plant den Umbau und die Sanierung des von der Technischen Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (TU BAF) genutzten Gebäudes, den Karl-Kegel-/Erich-Rammler-Bau, Leipziger Straße 28, in 09599 Freiberg. Ziel des Verfahrens ist die Vergabe der Objektplanungsleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 Gebäude und Innenräume § 34 HOAI 2021. Es ist eine Beauftragung zunächst mit den Leistungen der Leistungsphasen (LPH) 2 bis 4 sowie später optional stufenweise mit den Leistungen der LPH 5 bis 9 vorgesehen. Die Sanierung des Kegel-Rammler-Baus der TU Bergakademie Freiberg wird in zwei Bauabschnitten erfolgen. Der erste befasst sich als vorgezogene Leistung mit der Schaffung und Planung von Interims für Labor- und Büroflächen. Geplant ist derzeit die Büroflächen in Containern und die Labore in einem neugebauten Hallenkomplex unterzubringen. Ebenso wird die Umverlegung der Kernnetzknoten sowie der Leitzentrale (Gebäudeleittechnik und Brandmeldeanlage) Teil dieses ersten Bauabschnitts sein. Der zweite Bauabschnitt befasst sich mit der Sanierung des Gebäudekomplexes und der damit verbundenen neuen Fluchttreppenanlage und neuen Aufzugsanlagen.
