Description: Prezenta documentație de atribuire conține cerințele, criteriile, regulile și informațiile necesare pentru a asigura potențialilor ofertanți o informare completă, corectă și explicită cu privire la modul de aplicare a procedurii de atribuire pentru încheierea acordului cadru având ca obiect „Servicii de întreținere şi regenerare urbană”. În acest sens, obiectivul general al acordului-cadru este reprezentat de prestarea activităţilor necesare asigurării unui climat sănătos pentru cetăţeni şi punerea în valoare a domeniului public, după cum urmează: amenajare şi întreţinere a terenurilor de joacă, degajare terenuri de corpuri străine, tundere gazon, igienizarea locurilor de joacă, plantare de material dendrologic, întreţinere şi realizare sisteme de irigaţii etc. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire. În măsura în care solicitările de clarificare sunt primite cu cel puțin 20 zile înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor acestor solicitări de clarificare în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.

Description: Scopul desfășurării prezentei proceduri de atribuire îl reprezintă atribuirea unui contract de achiziție publică având ca obiect prestarea de „Servicii de întreținere şi regenerare urbană”. În acest sens, obiectivul general al acordului-cadru este reprezentat de prestarea activităţilor de: amenajare şi întreţinere a terenurilor de joacă, degajare terenuri de corpuri străine, tundere gazon, igienizarea locurilor de joacă, plantare de material dendrologic, întreţinere şi realizare sisteme de irigaţii etc. Informatii referitoare la cantităţile minime şi maxime estimate pe durata întregului acord-cadru, cantităţile minime şi maxime care ar putea face obiectul celui mai mic, respectiv celui mai mare contract subsecvent se regăsesc în cadrul Anexei nr. 2 la caietul de sarcini. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce vor fi atribuite (dacă se cunosc): Pe parcursul perioadei de derulare a acordului-cadru autoritatea contractantă intentionează să atribuire contracte subsecvente, conform prevederilor Caietului de sarcini. Informatii privind derularea acordului – cadru: 1. Calendarul estimativ de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente: minim un contract pe an, în functie de alocările bugetare de care dispune autoritatea contractantă. 2.
